REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from returns, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

Sale Items

Exchanges

Gifts

Lord ASAP Events Terms This Site provides you with access to the Lord ASAP Events experiences, promotional offers, benefits, and relevant content.

Please read these terms of use carefully and keep them for your records. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms of use and any additional terms and conditions that may be published by Lord ASAP Events on the Site, as amended from time to time (collectively referred to as the “Conditions of Use”). These terms govern your use of the Site.

BY USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. If you have any questions, please consult with legal counsel before using this Site. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, do not access the site or use our services.

1. Global User Agreement

(a) General Agreement

Lord ASAP Events (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides an online platform that connects buyers and sellers of event tickets, related passes, and merchandise (“Tickets”). By using our Site and paying for our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“User Agreement”).

We may periodically update these terms and notify you by posting a revised version on our Site. Your continued use of our Site and Services constitutes acceptance of the updated User Agreement.

(b) Role as Intermediary

Lord ASAP Events acts as an intermediary agency between buyers and sellers. We do not own the Tickets listed on our Site. Sellers set ticket prices, and Lord ASAP Events adds its service fees based on event type, ticket type, location, and the complexity of the transaction. Ticket prices may exceed face value due to supply and demand.

(c) Service Fees

We may charge fees for selling and buying Tickets, as well as delivery or fulfillment fees (“Service Fees”). These fees vary and are disclosed prior to any transaction. Lord ASAP Events reserves the right to modify Service Fees at its sole discretion.

2. Sellers’ Obligations

(a) Prohibited Listings

Sellers may not list the following items:

  • Tickets without event access (e.g., parking passes, club passes, pit passes unless part of a bundle).
  • Non-consecutive seating tickets, unless explicitly stated.
  • Speculative tickets (tickets not yet in the seller’s possession).
  • Stolen tickets or any fraudulent items.

(b) Fulfillment Responsibilities

Sellers must ensure:

  • Tickets are delivered on time and as described.
  • Electronic tickets are uploaded in PDF format.
  • Hard tickets are shipped using the provided label and instructions.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation, non-payment, additional fees, or other consequences.

(c) Canceled or Invalid Tickets

If a seller cannot fulfill an order or provides invalid tickets, Lord ASAP Events may:

  • Charge a replacement fee to cover the cost of new tickets.
  • Recover any refund issued to the buyer from the seller.
  • Impose administrative fees (£25 for UK events or €25 for EU events).

Sellers unable to deliver tickets at least four (4) days before an event risk cancellation of the sale and may be subject to financial penalties.

3. Buyers’ Obligations

(a) Purchasing Guidelines

  • Buyers must be 18+ to make a purchase.
  • Buyers are responsible for verifying ticket details before completing a transaction.
  • All sales are final; no cancellations or modifications are permitted after purchase.

(b) Payment & Fees

  • Payments are processed on behalf of the seller.
  • Buyers must pay in full at checkout, including service fees and applicable taxes.
  • Payments are considered complete once received by Lord ASAP Events.

4. Event Cancellations, Postponements, and Changes

  • Cancellations: If an event is canceled without rescheduling, the buyer will receive a refund or credit after returning the tickets (if required). Sellers will not be paid for canceled events.
  • Postponements: No refunds are issued for postponed events. Sellers cannot resell or alter tickets for postponed events.
  • Other Changes: No refunds are provided for venue, lineup, or time changes.

5. Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)

Lord ASAP Events is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions due to unforeseen events such as:

  • Natural disasters, extreme weather, fires, or accidents.
  • Wars, riots, civil unrest, terrorism, or government actions.
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or transportation issues.
  • Epidemics, pandemics, or other health emergencies.

Refunds in such cases are subject to the event organizer’s policies.

6. Method of Delivery

  • Lord ASAP Events reserves the right to determine the method of ticket delivery.
  • Tickets may be delivered up to the day of the event.
  • Buyers must confirm their identity upon receipt.
  • If tickets are undelivered, compensation for the missing tickets will be issued.

7. Complaints Procedure

  • Complaints must be reported immediately for resolution.
  • All complaints must be submitted in writing via email or recorded post within 28 days of the event.

8. Promotional Offers & Competitions

  • All promotional offers, discounts, and competitions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or altered at any time.
  • Additional terms may apply to specific promotions.

9. Jurisdiction & Arbitration

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
  • Parties agree to act in good faith to resolve disputes before initiating legal proceedings.
